The firm’s leadership brings decades of experience overseeing complex organizations, allocating capital under constraint, and operating through periods of growth, transition, and scrutiny.
Brandon Davis
Founder
Brandon Davis is the founder of Trek One Capital. He brings more than 20 years of experience forming, funding, and operating businesses across a wide range of industries. Over the course of his career, Brandon has been involved in the formation of more than 100 entities and a series of minority and majority investments, including completed M&A transactions with aggregate values exceeding $500 million. Companies under his ownership and operational oversight have executed thousands of transactions domestically and internationally, representing more than $18 billion in cumulative activity.
Brandon’s approach is industry agnostic and operationally grounded. He focuses on identifying businesses where disciplined execution, alignment with management, and thoughtful capital deployment can create durable value. His work spans traditional sectors such as oil and gas and industrial services, as well as consumer and specialty manufacturing, with an emphasis on building scalable operating platforms and long term partnerships with management teams.

Brian Fontana
Operating Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Fontana is an Operating Partner at Trek One Capital with more than 30 years of experience leading finance, operations, and corporate development functions for growth oriented companies across a wide range of industries. His background spans both public and private equity backed environments, with deep experience supporting complex operating platforms and acquisition strategies.
Throughout his career, Brian has served in senior executive roles including Chief Financial Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer. As CFO, he has led multiple initial public offerings, public and private debt placements, syndicated senior bank financings, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes building and leading global finance and accounting teams while partnering closely with executive leadership and boards on capital allocation and long term strategy.
Brian’s industry experience includes energy services, industrial and consumer goods manufacturing, oil and gas manufacturing, multi location retail, distribution, business services, software and network technology, travel and loyalty services, and commercial banking. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in Houston, Texas.
Keith Bearden
Operating Principal
Keith is an accomplished business executive with deep experience leading and scaling companies across the food, beverage, and ingredient sectors. He has served as CEO for multiple organizations, consistently driving growth, operational discipline, and profitability in both domestic and international markets.
Most recently, Keith was CEO of Lifebrands US, a global manufacturer and distributor of sustainable food and beverage products, including the Revolution Tea brand in the US market. He previously served as CEO of American Botanicals, where he led the company to record growth and profitability. Earlier in his career, Keith led Yogi Tea’s international division, achieving more than 300 percent sales growth and over 90 percent improvement in profitability.
Keith began his career with The Dow Chemical Company, spending fifteen years in leadership roles including leading the European Area Audit group. He currently serves as CEO of Alter Eco Foods, a US based Certified B Corp focused on organic consumer products, where he provides strategic leadership across operations and finance. Keith is based in the United States and values family deeply, having been married to his wife Amy for thirty three years, with two daughters and two grandchildren.

Tom Edgeller
Controller
Tom Edgeller is an experienced accounting executive and serves as Trek One Capital’s Financial Controller. He supports the firm’s acquisitions, financial operations, and treasury management, bringing more than 40 years of experience across capital raising, strategic planning, and complex financial oversight. His background spans domestic and multinational organizations in manufacturing, real estate development, private equity, portfolio companies, and public company reporting.
At Trek One Capital, Tom has played a key role in the onboarding and integration of acquisitions including Tejas Environmental Solutions and Alter Eco Foods. His expertise covers complex accounting matters, ERP systems, capital and debt management, treasury, and back office operations, ensuring disciplined financial execution across the platform.
Prior to Trek One, Tom held senior leadership roles including Chief Accountant and CFO at both public and private companies, including experience within a Big 4 accounting firm. He has led due diligence and post merger work on more than 50 acquisitions ranging from $2 million to $12 billion and has overseen S 1 filings, IPO processes, and public debt offerings.
Tom earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in Houston, Texas.
Alex Gury
General Counsel
Alex Gury is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado and serves as General Counsel to Trek One Capital. He brings more than fifteen years of experience advising companies across the energy, infrastructure, and investment sectors, with deep expertise in corporate law, governance, and complex transactional matters.
Since 2010, Alex has held senior executive roles including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel. His career includes serving as General Counsel for Swan Energy, Inc. and Silver Peak Petroleum, as well as prior roles as in house and outside general counsel advising operating companies and management teams through periods of growth, restructuring, and acquisition activity.
Alex began his legal career as a partner at Kuhn, Davlin and Gury, LLC and continues to maintain a selective private practice alongside his responsibilities with Trek One Capital. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Redlands.
